🎯 Requirements

- Proven virtualization experience (VMware, KVM, Proxmox, Hyper-V).
- Strong hybrid cloud and data-tiering across on-prem and cloud (Azure/GCP/AWS).
- Architect/maintain large-scale, highly available storage for mission-critical apps.
- Backup, DR, and data protection best practices in enterprise environments.
