IT Asset Coordinator

📋 Description

• Maintain and update IT asset records in Jamf ServiceNow ITAM.
• Track lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to retirement.
• Support internal and external audits with asset data.
• Generate and distribute asset management reports for stakeholders.
• Follow asset management processes to ensure accurate tracking.
• Coordinate with IT teams to document and account for assets.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years IT/IT asset management experience (Required).
• Familiar with hardware/software lifecycle management (Required).
• Basic ITIL concepts and service management (Required).
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ITAM experience (Preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• ITIL Foundation cert preferred or willing to obtain within first year (Preferred).
