  • In-person IT support for New Delhi office (~75 users, incl VIPs)
  • Primary APAC IT contact for onboarding and offboarding
  • Mac and Windows device support (fast, friendly)
  • Support Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, rooms
  • Manage tickets, docs, and workflows in FreshService
  • Admin devices, inventory, repairs and MDM (Kandji, Intune)
  • Support Okta and endpoint tools; assist with security monitoring
  • Troubleshoot LAN/Wi‑Fi and Cisco Meraki networks
  • Collaborate with regional/global IT teams on cross-region initiatives

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years IT support experience
  • Strong macOS expertise; Windows a plus
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and time management
  • Experience with SaaS tools, SSO, MDM, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
