- In-person IT support for New Delhi office (~75 users, incl VIPs)
- Primary APAC IT contact for onboarding and offboarding
- Mac and Windows device support (fast, friendly)
- Support Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, rooms
- Manage tickets, docs, and workflows in FreshService
- Admin devices, inventory, repairs and MDM (Kandji, Intune)
- Support Okta and endpoint tools; assist with security monitoring
- Troubleshoot LAN/WiβFi and Cisco Meraki networks
- Collaborate with regional/global IT teams on cross-region initiatives
π― Requirements
- 3β5 years IT support experience
- Strong macOS expertise; Windows a plus
- Excellent customer service, communication, and time management
- Experience with SaaS tools, SSO, MDM, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
