📋 Description

  • Take charge of user tickets (requests/incidents/problems)
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
  • Escalate complex issues to the ITAC head
  • Collaborate with team to resolve issues
  • Document resolution steps in the ticketing system
  • Serve clients in person at the ITAC counter

🎯 Requirements

  • College diploma in computer science or IT
  • 1–3 years in a customer service center
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software and Windows
  • Mac knowledge is an asset
  • Fluent in French and English
  • On-site work at HQ
