🎯 Requirements

  • College diploma in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service center
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software and Windows computers (Mac is an asset)
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Able to work independently and in a team
