🎯 Requirements

- Experience governing Slack Enterprise: apps, data retention, security, Slack Connect
- Experience administering ITSM or ticketing platform with workflow configuration and reporting
- Experience administering Notion or similar knowledge management platforms
- Experience managing SaaS licensing models, renewals, utilization tracking, and cost optimization
