- Manage AV systems across all ISN offices.
- Oversee lifecycle and inventory of IT and AV assets.
- Maintain AV in conference rooms and training spaces.
- Travel to ISN offices (domestic and international) for AV tasks.

🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in AV support and asset management.
- Experience with AV gear: projectors, displays, mics, speakers, cameras, controls.
- Experience with Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Shure, Logitech, Crestron.
- Proficiency troubleshooting AV hardware/software issues.
- Experience with asset lifecycles: procurement, deployment, maintenance, retirement.
- Able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
