🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years in enterprise IT environment.
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Linux and SaaS apps.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence; MDM (Kandji, Intune, JumpCloud).
- Experience with asset management (FreshService) and ITSM workflows.
