🎯 Requirements

• B.A./B.S. and 5+ years of IT admin experience.
• 2+ years of Active Directory and Exchange administration.
• 2+ years in ITSM ticketing systems (ConnectWise).
• Professional certifications (Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco).
• ITIL certification helpful; strong customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
