Identify opportunities for modernization, security, automation, and process optimization.
Assist clients with budgeting and technology planning.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent.
4+ years in client success or account management, incl. 2+ years in management.
Familiarity with IT services, MSPs, or technical support workflows.
Able to communicate cybersecurity risks and recommendations to executives.
Experience triaging operational escalations with engineering teams.
Confident in client meetings, reviewing technical data, and renewal/upsell conversations.
