Own Tier 2 escalations across endpoints, identity & access, collaboration tools, and core services.
Investigate root causes of recurring issues and design durable fixes.
Develop secure configuration standards for endpoints, GenAI, orchestration, and cloud infra.
Shape incident/change practices with safe changes and rollback plans.
Create knowledge base articles and runbooks to reduce escalations.
Triage and investigate security alerts in EDR/SIEM/SOAR with playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience with Python (or similar scripting) and APIs.
Strong troubleshooting across endpoints, identity/access, and collaboration platforms.
Hands-on SecOps exposure using EDR/SIEM/SOAR for alert triage and incident handling.
Data analytics mindset; comfortable analyzing tickets, alerts, logs.
Automation using scripting, APIs, and orchestration; GenAI/ML aids.
Clear communicator; calm under pressure; able to navigate ambiguity.
