Manage vendor and agency relationships
Adapt events to regional, cultural, and venue requirements for local resonance
Develop playbooks and branding standards for diverse events
Maintain high quality across planning, production, and execution
Drive events workstreams to completion with resourcefulness

🎯 Requirements

3-5+ years of community and event experience
Comfortable with off-hours, on-call, flexible schedules
Strong time management, communication, and project management
Experience building events in Web3/crypto
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Capable of owning projects independently with multiple priorities
Creative with a strong eye for design and execution
