IQC-RGT Associate 1

📋 Description

• Support reagents in Operations’ Clinical Labs; ensure safety and GMP/ISO compliance.
• Perform incoming inspection and reagent release; receive, verify, label, and store reagents.
• Ensure equipment and instruments are in good operating condition.
• Verify data entry into the LIMS system.
• Follow GLP and GMP compliance; escalate non-conformities.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and training on changes.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a frequently changing environment.
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced team.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and improve quality/workflows.
