IPM Technician (Integrated Pest Management)

📋 Description

• Conduct daily pest and disease monitoring and scouting to ensure optimal plant health.
• Maintain up-to-date pesticide and preventative agent logs.
• Mix and apply pesticides, preventative agents, and caustic cleaning agents per protocols.
• Operate Dramm Hydraulic Sprayers for IPM product applications.
• Apply IPM products and beneficial bugs to plants.
• Coordinate application schedules with the IPM Supervisor.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Uphold quality standards and document follow-up inspections.

🎯 Requirements

• A positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well on a team.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs; stand or sit for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
