IPM Technician (Integrated Pest Management)

📋 Description

• Conduct daily pest and disease monitoring and scouting to ensure healthy plants.
• Maintain up-to-date logs for pesticides and preventative agents.
• Mix and apply pesticides, preventative agents, and caustic cleaners per protocols.
• Operate and maintain Dramm Hydraulic Sprayers for IPM product applications.
• Apply IPM products and beneficial bugs to plants.
• Coordinate application schedules with the IPM Supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

• A positive, friendly attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. and work on your feet or seated for extended periods.
• Adaptability and a keen eye for detail, especially in documentation and organization.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
