- Monitor environments and pest data; track trends and triggers.
- Train staff on sanitation practices and pest prevention protocols.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Experience applying horticultural pesticides in nursery, greenhouse, cannabis, or agriculture.
- Strong knowledge of pesticide labels, mixing rates, PPE, REI intervals, and safety.
- Ability to calculate spray volumes, weights, and dilution rates accurately.
- Experience with beneficial insects, sticky traps, and pest trend tracking (preferred).
- Experience maintaining spray logs, compliance records, and SDS systems.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, solve problems, and own responsibilities.
