- Own day-to-day IPA operations — triage issues from plans/providers/patients to resolution
- Own relationships with physician offices; maintain regular touchpoints and feedback
- Build trust with independent physician practices; connect them to MSO resources
- Coordinate with Regional Growth Director on provider recruitment, onboarding, and gap tracking
- Support provider onboarding end-to-end — ensuring new practices are integrated
- Represent the IPA at provider visits, onboarding meetings, and network events in SoCal
🎯 Requirements
- 3–6+ years in managed care, IPA, or MSO operations (preferred)
- Proven track record building trust with independent physician practices (preferred)
- Familiarity with Medicare Advantage and value-based care, capitation, and delegated models
- Proficiency with CRM, provider portals, and tracking spreadsheets
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred; additional SoCal languages a plus
- Bachelor's degree required; MHA or related graduate degree a plus
