Our Program

Our Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a foundational global initiative focused on developing talent for ION’s growing operations around the world. The programprovides an opportunity for outstanding college graduatesto start a career in a dynamic andfast pacedglobal FinTech firm.

Analysts will spend the first18 monthsof their career in 3 unique, 6-month rotations inProduct Management,SupportandDeployment.

At the end of their 3 rotations, analysts will transition into aProduct ManagementAnalystrolein our Uniondaleor Houston office.

What You'll Do

As an LDP, you will be working at the forefront of the FinTech industry in teams with fellow analysts and experienced subject matter experts. After going through our thorough induction program, you will quickly be expected to take ownership of challenging projects that make a real difference to our company and our customers.

In your role as aProduct ManagementAnalyst,you’llplay a vital role indesigning, building, and enhancing ION’scutting-edgesolutionsfor some of the world’s most influential organizations—includingTier 1 banks and Fortune 100 companies.You’llcollaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to turn ideas into impactful products that transformtheir business operations.

Analyzeproduct usage data to uncover trends and insights that drive decisions

Translateclient requirements into detailed user stories for software development

Contributeto product strategy, pricing models, and go-to-market plans that shape our competitive edge

Automaterepetitive tasks to improve efficiency andscalability

Collaborate with customers to uncover manual processes andidentifyexciting opportunities for automation and optimization

General Responsibilities

  • Solvecomplex business challenges and communicate solutions clearly to internal teams and ION clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, business requirements, and how they interact with ION products
  • Leverage data-driven insights to support subject matter experts in conducting market research and analysis
  • Partner with product managers to prioritize requirements based on financial, technical, and operational considerations
  • Translate user requirements and functional gaps into detailed user stories aligned with the application’s technical architecture
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure enhancements are delivered accurately and consistently
  • Design and implement automation solutions to streamline complex processes for both internal teams and customers

  • Basic Qualifications

  • Winter 2025or Spring 2026graduation
  • 3.3GPA or above (transcriptrequired)
  • STEM, Business,orEconomicsdegreesrequired
  • Authorization to work inselectedcountrywithout restriction or need for sponsorship
  • Demonstrated leadership potential both in and out of the classroom
  • Demonstrated interest in finance and/or technology industries, includingone or morerelevant internship experiences
  • Passion for learning, self-improvement, anda questioning and challenging mindset
  • Motivated self-starterwho isproactive,enthusiastic, and passionate about what they do
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the desire to understand the “why” behind each problem
