    • Domain Expertise:

  • We work across various financial services domains. For this role, experience in Payments and/or Treasury is a plus.

  • Strong product mindset including hypothesis driven development and data-driven results
  • User-centered thinking and ability to collaborate with UX teams
  • Strategic roadmapping and prioritization
  • Agile methodologies and practices
  • Day-to-day backlog and delivery management
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Stakeholder management and communication

  • Ability to mobilize cross-functional teams towards achieving key business outcomes
  • Strong focus on driving and demonstrating business value

    Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role and level.

    Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.

    Salary range disclosure as required by S9427A when hiring in New York.
