We are looking for a

Junior Product Specialist to join our Product Management Team in Milan.

You’ll play a key role supporting technical product development, pre-sales activities and customer engagement.

Your responsibilities

Assist product managers in researching and analyzing market trends, competitor landscapes and customer needs;

Gather and organize product information and specifications;

Develop and maintain product documentation (e.g. presentations, user guides);

Collaborate to making and delivering pre-sales presentations, demos and proposals;

Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries;

Promote products and build relationships with potential customers at trade shows and events;

Interaction with the internal development team to transfer technical requirements;

Your skills, experience, and qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM field (Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science,…);

Excellent relational and analytical skills:

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks;

Ability to work in a team and detail-oriented approach

Fluency in Italian and English

EU Work Permit

1 / 2 years’ experience in Product Management area within an IT company is a plus;

Contract and locations

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent contract.

Locations: Milan
