Your role:

Your key duties and responsibilities

- Design and maintain organizational structures to support business objectives and workforce planning.

Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to analyze staffing needs and optimize team configurations.

- Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and role redefinition.

Develop and update job descriptions and competency frameworks in line with company standards.

- Monitor headcount, organizational charts, and reporting lines to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Provide data-driven insights and reports on organizational effectiveness and workforce distribution.

- Assist in implementing HR policies and processes related to organizational design and talent management.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of organizational projects and initiatives.

- Stay informed on best practices and trends in organizational development and HR strategy.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required

- Master’s degree in engineering or a quantitative field (preferably with honors)

- Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools

- Financial modeling and reporting, Performance measurement and big data analysis

- SAP module knowledge would be considered a plus

- Knowledge of software for preparing consolidated financial statements would be considered a plus

- With your “get things done” attitude you can prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environment

Availability to travel to the company location in Emilia Romagna on a weekly basis.
