The Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Product team, working on next-generation core banking solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong Italian language skills, a deep interest in product management, and a desire to contribute meaningfully in complex, fast-paced environments. Whether you come from a technical or non-technical background, if you are curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguity, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Help define and refine product requirements and user stories.
  • Support product lifecycle activities including discovery, prioritization, delivery, and rollout.
  • Participate in customer discussions, especially with Italian-speaking clients, and translate feedback into actionable insights.
  • Work closely with engineering, UX, implementation, and support teams to ensure alignment across functions.
  • Contribute to product roadmaps, especially in ambiguous or evolving areas where long term paths are not clearly defined.
  • Embrace the opportunity to grow into a core product management role, with guidance and mentoring.

    • Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Italian (Minimum B2 level or above) – spoken and written.
  • Strong interest in product management and building solutions in the banking and financial services domain.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities – ability to communicate clearly with business and technical teams.
  • Comfort working in complex or ambiguous situations with evolving priorities.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute, even if transitioning from a non-technical background.
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills

    • Preferred skills

  • Trading support experience/exposure to trading protocols; e.g. FIX is a plus.
  • Familiarity with at least one scripting or object-oriented programming language.
  • Experience working with both Windows Server and UNIX/Linux.
  • Service Management knowledge.
