Your role:
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an Application Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment and will help define the best solutions for managing suspicious or blocked financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring and analyzing alerts related to potential blocking events affecting the bank or its clients-
Managing suspicious or blocked transactions and interacting with end clients to gather further information-
Verifying and validating the authenticity of financial operations-
Collaborating effectively with IT providers and stakeholders to ensure service continuity-
Producing and maintaining technical and functional documentationOther duties
We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands
Your skills, experience, and qualifications required

Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Economics-
No prior work experience in software development required-
Proficiency in written and spoken ItalianKnowledge of the following technologies:
-
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite-
Ability to use and query relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)-
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira-
Strong command of the Italian language, both written and verbalWhat we offer:
