Enroll global customers in consolidated invoicing; explain program nuances.
Create credits for returns, subsidies, partner credits, concessions.
Certify invoices, payments, and memos for MX-based customers.
Respond to invoicing questions, adjustments, escalations, and statements.
Meet SLA targets in ticketing, and KPIs while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
2+ years in Accounts Receivable (invoicing).
Experience invoicing/payments for Mexico.
Tax reconciliation experience.
Proficient in MS Excel.
NetSuite/Salesforce experience.
