- Implement account-based marketing (ABM) programs to reach high-value carriers and decision-making units.
- Manage nurture flows and lifecycle campaigns to support long, complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Support development of webinars, whitepapers, calculators/tools, case studies, and solution briefs that highlight payment innovation in the insurance space.
- Own marketing automation setup, segmentation, list management, and campaign workflows (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Leverage ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus) and intent data to target and engage ideal accounts.
- Track KPIs including MQL/SQL volume, pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Support industry events and conferences with pre- and post-event demand generation activities.
- 2–3+ years experience in B2B demand generation, ideally within payments, fintech, billing, or SaaS.
- Experience marketing to insurance carriers or insurance-adjacent audiences (billing, receivables, policyholder payment experience, enterprise operations).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM systems (Salesforce), ABM tools, and digital campaign platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex value propositions.
- Understanding of insurance billing workflows, payment acceptance, reconciliation, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with enterprise buyer groups and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Significant and measurable increase in qualified pipeline from insurance biller audiences.
- Highly efficient funnel conversion rates and improved lead-to-opportunity progression.
- Strong alignment and partnership with sales on target accounts and messaging.
- Continuous optimization of campaigns to exceed performance benchmarks.
Base salary is one
componentof total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
