🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
8+ years in pharma/biotech with Market Access and Payer experience
Develop strategic account plans and oversee contract performance
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
Working knowledge of formulary inclusion and sub-committees
Analytical mindset to interpret sales data, market trends, and insights
