  • Own the end-to-end experience for customers across the full deal lifecycle.
  • Be the primary respondent on inbound support and legal/compliance questions.
  • Triage with judgement: identify urgent, risky, self-serve, route accordingly.
  • Reduce ticket volume by addressing root causes, shipping fixes and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in customer-facing operational roles; finance/fintech or VC ops a plus.
  • Calm under pressure; confident, peer-level communication.
  • Systems thinker; fix root causes to reduce recurring issues.
  • Tool-first and AI-fluent; built AI-based tools and learn new tools quickly.
  • Strong writing and communication; startup mindset with high ownership.
