Support end-to-end investment lifecycle: trade capture, reconciliation, settlement.
Maintain and resolve cash/position reconciliation exceptions daily.
Provide fund accounting support for monthly/quarterly close.
Manage offshore operational support teams; ensure process controls and SLAs.
Monitor and maintain position reconciliations for portfolio accuracy.
Partner with internal teams for complexity and product onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3-6 years in Investment Operations or related function in asset management.
Familiarity with Geneva and/or Wall Street Office preferred.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized; able to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
