Work with senior bankers on business development, sourcing and transaction execution
Actively participate in live deals including M&A and capital offerings
Supervise investment banking analysts, mentoring and oversight of work product
Lead development of important technical analyses and client presentations
Create marketing materials
Travel for client meetings and conferences as required

🎯 Requirements

2 years minimum professional experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, etc.
Bachelor’s degree; MBA not required
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, corporate finance and accounting
Excellent verbal and written communications skills including business writing
Ability to train and provide mentorship to analysts and interns
Flexibility to work long hours, nights, and weekends, as needed
