🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
- 7+ years accounting experience; 3+ years in real estate/JV.
- Strong GAAP and JV accounting knowledge.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling experience.
- Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, Kardin, or similar systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
