📋 Description

• Audit verification reports against QA rulesets for identity and data completeness.
• Perform Outreach QA on manual verifications (email, fax, phone, third parties).
• Confirm required fields and flag illogical data with evidence.
• Document QA results with evidence and rule references.
• Collaborate with Outreach and Transcription teams to fix issues.
• Support SLA/KPI by timely reviews and risk escalation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in QA, audits, or compliance in background screening or HR ops.
• Familiarity with Truework verification workflows and Report QA concepts.
• Detail-oriented with evidence-based notes and citations.
• Analytical ability to distinguish soft vs hard fails and escalate.
• Experience with Looker sampling or dashboards for audits.
• Knowledge of secure data handling and FCRA-adjacent practices.
