Investigation Engineer (L2)

📋 Description

• Own complex investigations (L2) and handle escalations from L1.
• Diagnose issues from backend, data, and platform infra.
• Reproduce and debug with logs, traces, and small scripts.
• Test and troubleshoot application code and configuration.
• Document findings; create Jira tickets and change requests.
• Collaborate with Eng; share knowledge via runbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical and critical thinking; untangle unclear issues.
• Triage and structure issues with incomplete info.
• Experience with cloud-based architecture and distributed systems.
• Programming basics; experience in Python/JavaScript/Go.
• Linux, Bash scripting, Git; basic SQL queries.
• Clear communication with tech and non-tech stakeholders; fluent English.
