Inventory Specialist

📋 Description

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Manage material storage and organization with inventory bins, racks, labeling.
• Perform cycle counts, reconciliation, and auditing for inventory accuracy.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Pick, package, and ship materials with proper documentation and export compliance.
• Coordinate material transfers between fabrication, assembly, and test teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in inventory, logistics, or warehouse ops in aerospace/defense.
• Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems and accurate records.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it after hire.
• Basic proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing long periods, and occasional extended hours.
