Inventory / Material Controller

📋 Description

• Manage goods in/out and record stock movements for Satellite Manufacturing.
• Control indirect materials and equipment.
• Keep all store records up to date and maintained efficiently.
• Store goods correctly and protect against ESD damage.
• Maintain stores area in a clean, organized and tidy state.
• Part receiving/labeling and storage within a controlled environment.
• Part picking (kitting) and distributing to Manufacturing teams.
• Quarterly inventory counting and reconciliation.
• Product packaging in preparation for shipping.

🎯 Requirements

• Attention to detail in data entry and validation.
• Competent computer skills.
• Proficiency with prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
• Adept at handling multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Desirable requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of inventory control
• Competence in use of spreadsheets and databases (Microsoft & Google)
• ESD awareness
