Inventory Coordinator

📋 Description

• Conduct inventory inspections; maintain METRC and Biotrack logs.
• Create METRC plant tags; coordinate new plantings with cultivation.
• Perform weekly counts of Flower and Mother Rooms; update whiteboards.
• Audit plant rooms monthly via Biotrack/Metric; ensure data accuracy.
• Enter data to ensure regulatory compliance; report discrepancies to Compliance Manager.
• Train staff on data collection; assist harvests with METRC uploads.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of data management and auditing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of database systems and data warehouses.
• Advanced data integration and extraction across sources.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize.
