Inventory Coordinator

📋 Description

• Conduct inventory inspections and maintain METRC and Biotrack logs for traceability.
• Create METRC plant tags and update clone logs with cultivation team.
• Perform a weekly physical count of each flower room and the Mother Room every Monday.
• Audit Biotrack/Metric systems monthly for all plant rooms to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and enter data to ensure compliance.
• Assist harvests and use METRC to upload new plants to rooms.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of data management and auditing experience.
• Advanced knowledge managing database systems and/or data warehouses.
• Advanced knowledge with data integration across multiple data sources.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize.
