Inventory Coordinator

📋 Description

• Conduct inventory inspections and maintain METRC and Biotrack logs for traceability.
• Coordinate with cultivation team to create METRC plantings from clone logs.
• Create METRC plant tags for plants.
• Perform weekly physical counts of all flower and Mother Rooms.
• Verify counts on whiteboards match the counts.
• Update hallway whiteboard with strain counts per room.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of data management and auditing experience
• Advanced knowledge and experience managing database systems and/or data warehouse
• Advanced knowledge of data integration and extraction across multiple data sources
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; enjoys solving complex data problems
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
• Ability to manage several tasks/projects concurrently and prioritize work effectively
