- Translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong cross-functional communication; influence stakeholders
- Deep understanding of local market dynamics
- Comfortable with hybrid, centralized model
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Index/Match, Sumifs)
- Tableau or similar tools preferred
