  • Comfort working with AI-enabled tools and workflows that improve operational quality
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • A systems-thinking mindset that connects process, tooling, data, training, and stakeholder behavior
  • Strong judgment and prioritization in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
