- Demonstrated ability to design repeatable systems, not just manage one-off programs
- Comfort working with AI-enabled tools and workflows that improve operational quality
- Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical teams
- A systems-thinking mindset that connects process, tooling, data, training, and stakeholder behavior
- Strong judgment and prioritization in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
