Role Overview
We're on the hunt for a dynamic Technical Recruiter with a passion for AI/ML and data science to join
our Instructor Hiring team. You’ll identify and onboard top-tier tech talent from leading US companies to
join our platform as mentors, driving our community's growth in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
This is a6-month contractual role.Shift:5:00 PM to 2:30/3:00 AM (semi–night shift) - requires some overlap with the US shift.
Responsibilities:

Hunt for Talent:
Leverage your 5-8 years of tech recruitment experience to source and engage
elite candidates from tier-1 tech firms.

Sell the Dream:
Use your stellar communication skills to attract and persuade top professionals
to join us as mentors.
●
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the entire hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive
experience from first contact to onboarding.
●
Tech Savvy:
Utilize your knowledge of ML/AI and data science to identify the best candidates and
stay ahead of industry trends.
●
Sourcing Ninja:
Employ cutting-edge headhunting strategies on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
to find and engage with top talent.
Requirements:

Proven Experience:
5-8 years of tech recruitment experience, specializing in AI/ML and data
science roles.
●
Sales Persona:
Exceptional communication and persuasive skills, with a knack for selling the
value of our platform to potential mentors.
●
Industry Insight:
A strong background in hiring for US product-tech firms, with a keen
understanding of industry nuances.
●
Tech Enthusiasm:
A passion for all things tech, especially AI/ML.
●
Flexibility:
While this role isn't on US shifts, some overlap with US timelines will be necessary
