Role Overview:

We are looking for an Intern - Operations who can manage day-to-day operational workflows, ensure smooth execution of live classes, and support internal teams across scheduling, content management, and customer experience. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Managing resources, schedules, and content updates on IK’s Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Handling video operations including YouTube and Vimeo uploads, organizing video libraries, and tracking publishing timelines
  • Executing assigned tasks and projects based on business needs with high ownership and reliability
  • Managing operational communication — extensive emailing, calendar coordination, and spreadsheet management
  • Supporting live classes, including session monitoring, troubleshooting, and real-time coordination
  • Providing customer support by responding to queries and ensuring a smooth learner experience
  • Assisting with instructor hiring, onboarding, and ongoing coordination

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Should be comfortable working in night shift (8pm - 5:30am IST)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working with tools such as LMS platforms, spreadsheets, and video management systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
