Assist with advisory projects on personal income tax and social security for all countries
Determine and assess best equity options and payments
Collaborate with payroll to optimize tax efficiency of salary packages and benefits
Assess local tax exposures in different countries (PIT & social security)
Help the team with any tax question arising from clients
Build docs for recurring and potential tax questions

🎯 Requirements

International taxation and financial operations experience
Experience with a global law firm, Fintech or startup
Negotiation and influencing skills
Data driven communicator
Experience working with large data sets
Writes and speaks fluent English
