- You will be part of a recruitment team sourcing candidates for a diverse range of vacancies with a strong focus on commercial/sales roles
- Source and recruit candidates through LinkedIn and other social networks
- Screen candidates’ CVs and job applications
- Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience and behaviours
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience, irrespective of outcome
🎯 Requirements
- A proven track record as an agency recruiter or in-house/TA experience
- Proven experience of delivering Sales recruitment, ideally internationally
- Experience of recruiting in EMEA
- Fluent English, both verbal and written is essential to work in an international environment
- Additional languages, particularly Portuguese or Spanish are an advantage
- Highly organised and autonomous
