🎯 Requirements

- Strong analytical judgment; synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
- Demonstrated success leading large cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
- Identify inefficiencies and design scalable processes and operating models for growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Product, Eng, Ops, and leadership.
- Fluent in French and English; commuting distance to London or Dublin; SQL analytics tools a plus.
