🎯 Requirements

- 5+ years in financial services regulatory compliance with international exam management.
- Familiarity with international regulatory frameworks and supervisors (FCA, MAS).
- Experience coordinating across Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations.
- Excellent written communication; ability to draft regulatory submissions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; manage multiple exams.
- Comfort using AI tools, curiosity applying them to regulatory work.
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, autonomy with escalation when needed.
