International Readiness Lead

📋 Description

• Contribute to international compute strategy with compute, security, and finance.
• Develop framework to evaluate data residency and sovereign deployment.
• Document intl localization needs and prioritize with Product/Engineering.
• Translate infra/product capabilities into commercial propositions with Sales/Marketing.
• Serve as internal expert on international readiness requirements.
• Build scalable processes to capture and act on international product feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in product, technical GTM, solutions engineering, or strategy with international scope.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, data residency, and enterprise compliance.
• Experience with government customers or regulated enterprises and long procurement cycles.
• Ability to translate complex tech, regulatory, and geopolitics into clear guidance.
• Experience building processes from scratch and coordinating across teams.
• Autonomy and strong written communication; able to influence roadmaps without authority.
