- Serve as primary technical lead for Dedrone deployments, from post-sale to readiness.
- Act as SME across Axon Real-Time Awareness (RTA) suite, supporting Fusus, DFR, and integrations.
- Deliver role-based training to drone teams, public safety, and IT.
- Guide customers in creating workflows that integrate Dedrone with Axon Evidence and video systems.
- Coordinate and manage third-party training and integration vendors to ensure quality.
- Lead or assist in POCs, including setup, training, validation, and debriefs.
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years in customer-facing roles (Professional Services, Field Eng, Deployment).
- Direct experience deploying hardware/software in complex operational environments.
- Understanding of drone systems, airspace management, RF sensing, or UAS programs.
- Deep familiarity with IP networking, SNMP, DHCP, PoE, Linux CLI.
- Experience working with public safety agencies, particularly law enforcement or security ops.
- Willingness to travel heavily and adapt to dynamic customer needs.
