International Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• Manage international payroll for EMEA and APAC regions.
• Lead payroll staff and vendors for timely, accurate outputs.
• Partner with external vendors and internal accounting teams.
• Help develop payroll policies and long-term planning.
• Drive process improvements and best practices to drive excellence.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, and Tax to optimize payroll.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of international payroll experience (EMEA & APAC).
• 2+ years of people manager/team lead experience.
• Experience with Workday Payroll and ADP Celergo.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables) and Google Sheets.
• In-depth knowledge of multi-country payroll regulations.
• Legally eligible to work in the UK.
