- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regs, and governance standards.
- Partner with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to streamline operations.
- Serve as the go-to contact for payroll questions from employees, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain and improve payroll systems, processes, and controls.
- Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for Accounting, Finance, and HR.
π― Requirements
- 4+ years managing multi-country payroll across Europe; NL/UK/DE/FR a plus.
- Experience managing payroll implications of equity awards (tax, withholding, reporting).
- Strong knowledge of European labor law and statutory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of US and Canadian payroll practices is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in international HRIS/payroll systems (Personio, UKG, ADP, SAP).
