  • Own and manage end-to-end payroll operations for NL, DE, UK, FR, AT.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regs, and governance standards.
  • Partner with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to streamline operations.
  • Serve as the go-to contact for payroll questions from employees, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain and improve payroll systems, processes, and controls.
  • Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for Accounting, Finance, and HR.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years managing multi-country payroll across Europe; NL/UK/DE/FR a plus.
  • Experience managing payroll implications of equity awards (tax, withholding, reporting).
  • Strong knowledge of European labor law and statutory requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of US and Canadian payroll practices is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in international HRIS/payroll systems (Personio, UKG, ADP, SAP).
