International Payroll Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll ops for NL, DE, UK, FR, and Austria.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and governance standards.
• Partner with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to streamline ops.
• Serve as the go-to payroll contact for employees, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain and improve payroll-related systems, processes, and controls.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for Accounting, Finance, and HR.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years managing multi-country payroll across European jurisdictions.
• Experience managing payroll implications of equity awards across jurisdictions (tax, withholding, reporting).
• Strong knowledge of European labor law and statutory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of US and Canadian labor law and payroll practices (preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving; strong customer service.
• Proficient in international HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Personio, UKG/Immedis, ADP, SAP).
